Morning Dropoff and Afternoon Pickup Carline Procedures

As you prepare for the first day of school tomorrow, please be aware of the drop-off and pick-up procedures in place.
For our veteran families, nothing has changed. For our new families, please don't hesitate to ask questions if something doesn't make sense!
Maps are provided below to help you envision how things will work.
Morning Dropoff Procedures
All cars for K-8 students are to enter from Pomona Road and drive through the parking lot. Students will be dropped off at the main Church doors. Staff members will greet each car individually to assist students with getting out. Parents should remain in the car in order to keep the line moving efficiently.
PreK4 students are to be dropped off in the rear of the main building, and PreK3 students at the PreK3 building. PreK3 students who are in the main building are to be dropped off in the rear of the main building.
PreK parking is in the rear parking lot only.
The entrance closest to the Wagner House is EXIT ONLY during drop-off, and NO vehicles are to exit the rear parking lot through that side driveway. This is the EXIT ONLY for K-8 carline vehicles. All PreK vehicles must exit the property using the rear driveway that outlets into the neighborhood (Windsor Drive).
PreK vehicles are asked to enter the parking lot through the rear of the property, located off Windsor Drive. No vehicles are to exit the property onto Pomona Road. That is for entrance only during morning dropoff.
Doors open at 8:00 AM.
Doors close at 8:25 AM. Students who are late can be dropped off at the main school entrance.
Afternoon Pickup Procedures
PreK3 students will be picked up at the PreK3 building. PreK3 and PreK4 students in the main building will be picked up at the rear entrance of the school, located in the rear parking lot.
All parking for PreK is in the rear parking lot.
K-8 students are to be picked up in the main parking lot. As you can see on the map, vehicles must enter the lot from Branch Pike and form multiple lines going against the parking spaces.
A staff member (Mr. Vassallo or Mrs. Fenimore) will begin calling the names of students in the carline at 3 pm. Please remain in or with your vehicle until your child's name is called so we do not skip over you.
Once your child has exited the building, please escort them to your vehicle and prepare to be dismissed from the lot.
Mr. Thomas or Mr. Mike will hold the car lines until all the students have safely gotten into their vehicles.
No cars are to enter the parking lot from Pomona Road during the time leading up to and during dismissal.
Students in K-8 with younger siblings in our PreK program will be dismissed at 3 PM in the rear of the building, where PreK students are dismissed. You DO NOT need to pick up your PreK student and then enter the K-8 carline.
