Morning Drop-Off:
Attention parents and guardians:
Beginning Monday, May 18th, there will be a new process for morning drop-off.
All cars must enter the school lot from Pomona Road and proceed around the rear of the building to the back door (where PreK siblings are dismissed).
All students in the main building will be dropped off at that door and met by staff members.
ONLY FAMILIES WITH PREK3 STUDENTS IN THE SCHOOL HOUSE MAY PARK IN THE REAR LOT DURING DROP OFF. ALL OTHER FAMILIES MUST ENTER THE DROP-OFF LINE.
Vehicles must exit the grounds via Branch Pike next to the Wagner House only. No other means of egress can be used for exiting the parking lot.
Morning CARES students are to be dropped off at the main Church doors by entering off of Branch Pike closest to the intersection with Pomona Road and exiting via the driveway next to the Wagner House onto Branch Pike.
Thank you for your cooperation as we prepare for the 2026 Carnival.

Dismissal:
Attention parents and guardians:
Our dismissal procedures will change beginning on Monday, May 18th, due to the construction of the 2026 Carnival in the main parking lot.
The afternoon car line will now take place at the rear of the building (see the image on the left below). As depicted on the attached map, you must enter from Branch Pike next to the Wagner House.
You will create four lines of traffic against the parking spaces, as shown by the arrows on the map.
All vehicles will then be directed to exit the parking lot via the back driveway into the neighborhood.
Carline will not be dismissed until all children have entered their vehicles.
Students with PreK siblings, your PreK child will remain with their teacher until K-8 is dismissed at 3 PM. Please use the regular car line at the rear of the building to pick up your PreK and K-8 children.
PreK parents with no older siblings in the school, please park in the front parking lot (image on the right below) and pick up your PreK children in front of the Church. Please attempt to pick up your child by 2:30. Teachers will remain with the students in front of the Church for any latecomers, but we appreciate your efforts to streamline these procedures for the final few weeks of school.
