New student applications for the 2026-2027 school year are now open!
Please complete an application at this link for all new students in grades PreK3-8th.
Application Instructions for Kindergarten-8th Students
To complete the application process, you will be asked to provide the following documents:
Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate, if applicable
Two Most Recent Years of Report Cards
Two Most Recent Years of Standardized Test Scores, if applicable
ISP, IEP, or 504 Plan, if applicable
After you have completed the application requirements, a Submit Application form will appear. Please follow the instructions provided to submit the application. We will review your child's application, and if it is accepted, you will be sent an enrollment packet. All new students in grades 1st-8th will be required to shadow at St. Charles for one school day, and the student and parents must meet with our principal, Mrs. Tracey Kobrin, before an acceptance decision is made.
You will be required to pay a $175 non-refundable fee upon completion of the enrollment packet. Your child's spot is not reserved until the non-refundable fee is paid and the enrollment packet is submitted. If the application is denied or waitlisted, you will be notified.
**IF ACCEPTED, ALL STUDENTS ARE PLACED ON PROBATION FOR THE FIRST TRIMESTER OF THE SCHOOL YEAR.

To complete the application process, you will be asked to provide the following documents:

**IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL PRESCHOOL STUDENTS MUST BE FULLY POTTY TRAINED BY THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL.
**IF ACCEPTED, ALL STUDENTS ARE PLACED ON PROBATION FOR THE FIRST TRIMESTER OF THE SCHOOL YEAR.
**STUDENT APPLICANT MUST BE 3 BY OCT. 1 TO ENROLL IN OUR PREK 3 PROGRAM
**STUDENT APPLICANT MUST BE 4 BY OCT. 1 TO ENROLL IN OUR PREK 4 PROGRAM
