Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures (Changes to Pick-Up)

In review of our safety and security procedures, we have identified necessary changes to our afternoon pick-up process for K-8 students and their PreK siblings.

Our morning drop-off procedures have not changed. Please read the instructions for drop-off and pick-up below, and contact Mr. Vassallo with any questions.

As you prepare for the first day of school this week, please be aware of the drop-off and pick-up procedures.

**Please note that we have changed our dismissal procedures for K-8 students and their siblings picked up by car.** For our new families, please don't hesitate to ask questions if something doesn't make sense! Graphics are attached to help you envision how things will work.

MORNING DROP OFF

• All cars for K-8 students are to enter from Pomona Road and drive through the parking lot. Students will be dropped off at the main Church doors. Staff members will greet each car individually to assist students with getting out. Parents should remain in the car in order to keep the line moving efficiently.

• PreK4 students are to be dropped off in the rear of the main building, and PreK3 students at the PreK3 building. PreK3 students in the main building are to be dropped off at the rear of the main building.

• PreK parking is in the rear parking lot only.

• The entrance closest to the Wagner House is EXIT ONLY during drop-off. NO vehicles are permitted to exit the rear parking lot using this side driveway. The EXIT is only for cars in the K-8 carline.

• No vehicles are allowed to exit the property onto Pomona Road. This is an entrance only during drop-off.

• PreK vehicles are asked to enter and exit the parking lot through the rear of the property, located off Windsor Drive.

• Doors open at 8:00 AM.

• Doors close at 8:25 AM. Students who are late can be dropped off at the main school entrance.

AFTERNOON PICK UP

• PreK3 students without K-8 siblings will be picked up at the PreK3 building. PreK3 and PreK4 students without K-8 siblings in the main building will be picked up at the school's rear entrance, in the rear parking lot.

• All parking for PreK is in the rear parking lot.

• K-8 students are to be picked up in the main parking lot using the side doors to McCusker Hall. Vehicles can enter the lot from Branch Pike or Pomona Road and PARK in a marked parking spot. We are no longer forming lines of cars.

• No vehicles are to park inside the coned-off area.

• Please exit your vehicle and gather inside the coned-off area (as pictured below). Please do not enter the smaller coned-off area in front of the doors. Teachers will call your child from inside McCusker Hall to be dismissed to you.

• Once your child has exited the building, please escort them to your vehicle and exit the parking lot using any of our means of egress.

• K-8 students with PreK siblings will also be dismissed from McCusker Hall at 3 PM.
