Why We Chose St. Charles - The Robles Family

Our family chose to send our two children to Saint Charles of Borromeo almost a decade ago. Eight years to be exact. We first had our daughter in St Charles since Pre-K4.

At that time our younger son was at a nearby Montessori school, which was a high end ivy-league start for smaller children.

But we felt St. Charles was the better option and had both our children attend because we felt our children would be growing with children and making lasting friendships within the community.

We made the best choice because till this day. St. Charles' most shining quality is that they provide their student body with an array of activities. They encourage parental involvement, and that only amplifies the extracurricular activities available to students. My kids have been involved in track, volleyball, basketball, bake sales, art club, carnivals, band, and choir, just to name a few.

We’re also happy that older students have the opportunity to mentor younger students through their buddy system. This contributes to pushing older students to be more mature. They also offer before-school and after-school care, which is another opportunity for students to interact across age groups. 

Spiritually, over the years, our family has gained an extended St. Charles family. Our kids have grown ,and so has our family growth in communion with the St. Charles family and friends. St. Charles is a very positive experience for all families that are a part of it.
